The Jr. Gentleman's version II Pen features a classic, elegant style making it a favorite choice among many. This is from the Platinum series which features a 22k gold/cobalt  accent on the centerband on a brilliant rhodium finish. It features a threaded end cap that makes attaching the cap to the pen quick and easy.

The Fountain assembly includes a top quality German-made Rhodium nib with hand polished Iridium point  and black ink cartridge. It can also accept standard fountain pen reservoir units (optional).

Desert Ironwood (olneya tesota)  grows only in the valleys of the Sonoran Desert located in southwestern Arizona, southern California and the northwestern part of Mexico. They are one of the longest living trees in the Sonoran desert and provides desert plants and animals with the food and shelter they need to survive, it enables life in the desert to flourish. For this reason, Desert ironwood has now become one of the environmentally protected trees.
